Won't Be Shopping Here Anymore

I have purchased many items from this site. Normally I have no issues. The one time I do and bring it to their attention the customer service was definitely not what I expected. I'm sure my money doesn't mean much to them, but I definitely will take my little pennies elsewhere. It's unfortunate that customer service isn't a priority when customers/consumers are what makes or breaks a company.

Misled by customer service and Horrible return policy!!

vibrathotics: $99.99. Tried them on… super noisy!! Called to return. Darrius, CSR, said no problem. Then I get email saying since I opened them I can’t return! This is WRONG.

Poor customer service and poor management.

I have been waiting on a return label from the HSA store for almost two weeks. I have chatted several times as well as placed phone calls regarding this matter. I have been given different information from every person that I spoke to regarding this. I will not purchase again from the HSA store. This has been escalated to management with no results. Poor business management and poor customer service not to mention astronomical prices.

I placed an order on Feb 28

I placed an order on Feb 28, 2022. It is March 22, 2022 and the items from my order have not even been mailed yet. Although, I spoke with 2 representatives in the last 2 weeks who both told me that my order already shipped, I spoke with a rep this morning who informed me that the other 2 reps lied since the order has not been shipped. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND SHOP WITH A RELIABLE VENDOR. THIS IS NOT ONE (RELIABLE.)

GO ELSEWHERE

If you place an order with them you better make sure it's just a single item. You will not receive all the items you purchased and when you contact customer service, they will ask you the same exact questions over and over as if they're trying to catch you in a lie. Once you've completed their interrogation, they will tell you that they are issuing a refund that you will NEVER receive. One month later.......still no refund! No matter how many times you speak with them they will tell you it takes 2-3 business days to process and when you ask to speak with a supervisor or manager....SUPRISE....there are no managers available right now! I will never purchase nor recommend ANYBODY to shop here.

Won't accept unusable product return.

Bought the owelett from HSA back in Nov. During that time owlett was pulled by the FDA and I emailed support with no response. My baby was born in early Dec so I was distracted and finally called back, but was denied a return on a product I can't use because it's been over 30 days. I do not recommend HSA store.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. The status was changed to “getting ready to ship” the next day. The item still hasn’t shipped and the store refuses to cancel the order. I’m pregnant - the item is related to pregnancy and therefore time sensitive. Customer service was unhelpful.

I had a return for a damaged package…

I had a return for a damaged package and product and was refunded less a $5.00 fee, this was no fault of my own so not sure why I wouldn't be refunded in full - any other store would assume responsibility and refund fully or issue a new product.

Great experience

My HSA store experience was great. The price of the Omeprazole was more than the price I can get on Amazon Subscribe & Save but I canceled my Amazon Prime account and I prefer to use my HSA to pay for the medicine I need to take daily to control my hiatal hernia.

I mostly have issues with shipping and…

I mostly have issues with shipping and handling charges. I’m more likely to buy something online if shipping is less than $5.00. I guess that’s the price I put in my laziness. Anything above $5.00, I usually go to the store in person to buy because I can’t justify the higher amount on top of the price of the item.
